Emma has a passion for Pilates and has seen how effective it is in increasing strength, improving flexibility, decreasing pain and increasing function. She started doing Pilates as a teenager to assist with her dancing and has loved it ever since.
Emma is a fully qualified Matwork Pilates teacher and started her series of Matwork Pilates courses in 2017 through the Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute (APPI). She has now taught Pilates for 7 years.
The Pilates classes are great for people who want to get stronger, have had joint and muscular injuries, people with chronic lower back pain or neck pain. There are different levels for Pilates, going from complete beginner to advanced.
